Our team is small, and we do focused work. Led by Allen T. Stanton, we collaborate with specialists to bring the right expertise to each project. We bring experience in faith-based leadership, small business development, and communications and marketing. We know rural communities, because we’ve lived and worked in them.

Allen T. Stanton launched Reclaiming Rural to support rural organizations and rural communities. An award winning author, his work spans supporting rural faith-communities to managing state-wide public health initiatives.

Rebecka Cronin

At the age of 24, Rebecka Cronin developed and launched a county wide small-business mentorship program, giving much needed support to entrepreneurs in her rural town. Rebecka holds an MBA, and has worked in rural development, rural healthcare, and fundraising and development.

Abby Carter Stanton

Abby Carter Stanton has spent her career in higher education, working in marketing and enrollment. During her time as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at UT Southern, she led a successful rebranding of a small private college into the newest school in the University of Tennessee System.
